Campos Racing is pleased to announce that Nathan Tye will defend its colors throughout the 2024 F4 Spain Championship season behind the wheel of one of its Tatuus-Alfa Romeo cars. Tye becomes the second driver confirmed to join the ranks of Campos Racing in the F4-based racing series as Peruvian Andrés Cárdenas was similarly confirmed a couple of weeks ago.

Tye, aged 15, was born in Sheffield (England). The young British ace made his European racing debut in karting in 2020 and soon started to make a name for himself. Tye finished 3rd in the IAME International Games in X30 Mini class in 2020, which was the same year in which he became British Vice Champion & won the Kartmasters British Grand Prix – IAME Cadet with Oliver Rowland Motorsport. Tye further added more triumphs to his list in 2022 with Sodikart by winning the Champions of the Future Euro Series in OK Junior, claiming a win in the FIA Karting European Championship and 3rd-place in the Championship, and again in the WSK Champions Cup. A world-class racing pedigree ahead of his first steps in the single-seater pyramid.

The Valencia-based racing team will make further announcements regarding its driver line-up within a few days.

Adrián Campos (Campos Racing Team Principal): “Welcome Nathan! We are really happy to have Nathan joining our driver line-up for the 2024 F4 Spain season. It promises to be another exciting season but we are putting together an extremely talented group of young drivers. Nathan is another top driver to further strengthen our title bid in the series. Nathan’s list of achievements in karting is amazing and he is absolutely ready to graduate to F4, besides I’m sure he will play a key role in the series fighting for top honors.”

Nathan Tye (Campos Racing Driver in F4 Spain): “Absolutely thrilled to announce my debut into single-seater racing with Campos Racing in the Spanish F4 Championship. The team have great success at every level and I’m looking forward to advancing my racing skills and moving my career forwards, with a team who have produced many champions. I’m truly grateful for this opportunity and I would like to thank The Grid Agency, Campos Racing, my partners and my family that have made it possible. Hopefully I can reward all those who have demonstrated confidence in me.”
