The Andalusian venue, host of the penultimate round of the season, will welcome two more races of the continental series. Rivera, at the wheel of the Campos Racing-run Tatuus sporting Red Bull colors, and Sztuka and Carrasquedo, lining up for Griffin Core by Campos, arrive in southern Spain holding third to fifth place in the standings. Caranta, Tarnvanichkul and Macedo will also be looking to make their mark this weekend

One station closer to the end of the journey – that is what Eurocup-3’s visit to Circuito de Jerez – Ángel Nieto will mean this weekend. It will also mark the series’ return to Spanish soil after a long European tour. The championship, which kicked off in May in Austria, later visited Portugal, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium. Now come the two decisive rounds that will prove crucial in the outcome of the titles and will also be home events for the Alzira-based outfit in Jerez and Barcelona (November 15–16). On track, with an entry list expected to be close to thirty cars, Campos Racing will field three Red Bull-liveried machines for Ernesto Rivera, Jules Caranta and Enzo Tarnvanichkul, while Griffin Core by Campos will line up with Kacper Sztuka, Jesse Carrasquedo Jr. and Francisco Macedo.
After fourteen races, Rivera currently sits third in the overall standings with 161 points. The young Mexican has already claimed three victories, a remarkable haul for a rookie, especially when combined with three further podium finishes. Rivera triumphed at Portimão, Monza and Spa-Francorchamps. It was precisely in Belgium where he bounced back from a difficult Saturday and delivered a statement performance.
Polish ace Sztuka has proven one of the most consistent point scorers, having finished in the top ten on all but three occasions. He climbed to the top step of the podium at Le Castellet and added four further podium finishes, tallying 141 points for fourth overall. Just behind him sits teammate Carrasquedo. The Mexican has notched up two wins, the first in the Algarve and the second at Spa-Francorchamps. Clearly, he has a taste for rollercoaster-style circuits. Carrasquedo lies fifth overall with 129 points.
Tarnvanichkul, Caranta and Macedo, despite being in their maiden Eurocup-3 campaigns, have all experienced what it means to step on the series’ overall podium. Caranta and Tarnvanichkul, both part of the Red Bull Junior program, have done so twice. The Frenchman was third at the Red Bull Ring and second at the Algarve International Circuit. The Thai driver, meanwhile, is ending the year strongly, with two podium finishes – both third places – in the last three events. Portuguese driver Macedo, representing Griffin Core by Campos, also tasted podium success with a second place at Le Castellet.
In the teams’ standings, Campos Racing and Griffin Core by Campos are separated by just four points – 284 and 280 respectively – as they hold second and third position.
The Circuito de Jerez, located on the outskirts of the renowned wine-making town, stretches 4.428 kilometers. Beyond having hosted Spanish and European Formula 1 Grands Prix, the Andalusian circuit is one of the most popular venues on the international motorcycle racing calendar. Neither of its two straights, the main and the back one, are particularly long, making overtaking a challenging task. Even so, heavy braking zones such as the Dani Pedrosa Corner or Jorge Lorenzo Corner leave room for the bravest drivers.
The weekend will kick off on Saturday morning with free practice at 10:30. Qualifying 1 will get underway at 12:45, followed by Race 1 (30 minutes + 1 lap) at 16:05. On Sunday, Qualifying 2 will start at 09:30, with Race 2 (30 minutes + 1 lap) scheduled for 13:50. Both races will be streamed live on the official Eurocup-3 YouTube channel.
Adrián Campos (Team Principal of Campos Racing): “Much of the battle for the 2025 title will be decided at Jerez. We head there with great determination, to a circuit where our team has vast experience, and we are confident we can come away with a strong haul of points thanks to our drivers. If we keep up the momentum of recent rounds – in fact, we won both races at Spa-Francorchamps – I am sure we will arrive in Barcelona with maximum chances of fighting for the crown.”
