The 2025 F4 Spain season finale is drawing ever closer, and the Circuit Ricardo Tormo will host this weekend the penultimate round of the campaign. Thomas Strauven, representing Griffin Core by Campos, is on the verge of securing the title, depending on how the three scheduled races unfold. Alongside him, teammates Przyrowski and Ryba will be eager to contribute to the team’s overall success, as will Campos Racing’s own line-up of Noah Monteiro, Vivek Kanthan and Miguel Costa.

Strauven’s season can only be described with one word: sensational. Out of fifteen races, the young Belgian talent has won seven and finished on the podium six more times. His consistency is further proven by the fact that he has only failed to score points once this year. That remarkable performance has placed him firmly atop the standings with 278 points—110 more than his nearest rival—with only 150 points still up for grabs across the Cheste and Barcelona rounds. In other words, the Griffin Core by Campos driver could mathematically seal the title in Valencia.

Also representing Griffin Core by Campos, Przyrowski currently sits fourth in the championship with 146 points. The Polish racer has taken three wins this season and has been the benchmark in qualifying, claiming the last seven pole positions in succession. Ryba, who knows the Valencia track well, will also aim to feature among the front-runners at the team’s home event.

As for Campos Racing, its three young guns have all shown great promise at the wheel of their F4 Tatuus machinery. Monteiro, who is second in the rookie standings, has narrowly missed out on the overall podium on three occasions—finishing fourth each time—and has also scored a pole position. The Portuguese driver currently lies eighth in the overall classification. Completing the top ten is Kanthan, the American rookie who continues to demonstrate solid and consistent performances across all types of circuits. Costa, meanwhile, will be determined to leave a strong impression at the home round for his team.

Griffin Core by Campos’ dominance extends beyond the drivers’ standings, as the team also leads the way in the teams’ classification with 312 points—well ahead of its closest pursuer on 227. Campos Racing holds fourth place with 92 points.

This weekend promises to be one of the most special on the calendar for the squad founded by Adrián Campos in Alzira. The 4.005-kilometre Ricardo Tormo circuit even pays tribute to the late Minardi F1 driver, with its final corner—the fourteenth—named “Adrián Campos”. Cheste is renowned for its technical layout featuring numerous linked corners. The “Aspar” corner at the end of the main straight, “Bernat Martínez” and, of course, “Adrián Campos” are considered the circuit’s main overtaking points.

Saturday’s action will begin with free practice at 10:00, followed by the first qualifying session at 12:25. Race 1, set for 30 minutes plus one lap, will start later that afternoon at 14:55. On Sunday, drivers will return to the track at 10:00 for Qualifying 2, before contesting the second race (25 minutes + 1 lap) at 12:15. The third and final race will take place at 15:05, lasting 30 minutes plus one lap. All sessions will be broadcast live via the championship’s official YouTube channel. All times are local (CET).

Adrián Campos (Team Principal of Campos Racing): “Racing at home always brings extra motivation for everyone. We are enjoying a fantastic 2025 season in F4 Spain, and we want to keep up the same momentum in Valencia. It’s a circuit we know extremely well, but where the gaps are always minimal—especially in a category as competitive as Spanish F4. We’re heading into the weekend full of determination to score the points we need to take another step towards both the drivers’ and teams’ titles.”
