China Racing and Campos Racing head to South America for another round of the FIA Formule E, this time taking place in Buenos Aires. After Uruguay, Argentina hosts round four and both China Racing drivers, Nelson Piquet and Ho-Pin Tung, aim at podium finish.
China Racing, whose cars are run by the Campos Racing engineers and mechanics, approaches its fourth commitment in the FIA Formula E – the very first world championship for electric cars-, to be held in Argentina next Saturday. Brazil´s Nelson Piquet Jr. claimed second place finish in Punta del Este (Uruguay) last December and that result is a good stepping stone to try to achieve another similar success. Although on this occasion he will team up with China´s Ho-Pin Tung, who didn´t race in Uruguay due to another racing commitments and was replaced by Antonio Garcia, the test-driver.
Once again, the meeting is scheduled on Saturday with cars hitting the streets of Buenos Aires in the morning, at 08.15 and 10.30, when two free practice sessions will take place. Qualifying is due to start at noon and the Argentine race at 16.00, local time.
