In Race 1, Konstantin Tereschenko led Campos Racing charge taking third place on the starting grid. His teammate Mexico´s Diego Menchaca delivered another impressive performance with 5th place with Ahmad Al Ghanem and Henrique Baptista 15th and 17th respectively. Tereschenko even took the lead but finally finished third as a result of a 5-second penalty given for cutting the chicane. Tereschenko avoided crashing but cost him at least one place. Menchaca completed a fantastic race and crossed the finish line 4th overall and first rookie driver, a brilliant result. Last but not least, Baptista was 6th (his personal best) and Al Ghanem ninth.

Today´s race two look good on paper as Tereschenko stormed to another brilliant pole position beating his rivals in wet conditions. Tereschenko led the first two laps before being overtaken by another car taking advantage from his slipstream. Battling for podium, he was forced to retire after crashing into the back of another car when this braked earlier. Although his retirement in race 2 hindered Tereschenko, title fight is down to the final two races. Menchaca finished 6th and 2nd in rookie class and Baptista, with tenth place, scored new points. Al Ghanem was 15th today.
