The partnership between Campos Racing and Florida Universitària has allowed to develop the Master of Motor Sport Engineering and Mechanical, a university degree of its own with a clear practice approach – called “Learning by Doing”– and the purpose of providing a solid understanding for its student body with regard to scientific, engineering and management principles and implementation within a technology environment.
During their period of training and as distinguishing elements, our students will take practical lessons in our workshops – at Campos Racing facilities– and at racing events (testing or race weekends), always on the international scene in series such as the FIA Formula 2 Championship or the FIA Formula 3 Championship, and conduct practice exercises as race engineers on the simulator. The course will count on the support of the Spanish Federation (RFEdA).
Students enrolled in the 2019-20 academic year will have 300-hour training with theoretical classes (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday starting at 16.00 and finishing at 21.00) with practical workshop, spanning about 175 hours, are scheduled in January/February (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday starting at 09.00 and 14.00). Finally, the 50-hour practical classes during race events will take place from March on.
