Falchero, Hyman and Siebert completed two positive days of testing on Tuesday and Wednesday
Campos Racing and its trio of drivers completed a two-day collective test of GP3 Series at Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo, the team’s home track. Overall Campos Racing carried out an extremely positive testing with Frenchman Julien Falchero, South-African Raoul Hyman and Argentinian Marcus Siebert and they all set competitive lap times over these days of testing.
On Tuesday, Siebert posted 6th-fastest lap time with a personal best of 1:21.500 in the morning. Later, Hyman emerged 4th-fastest in the afternoon with his 1:21.897 and finally Falchero’s lap time was a 1:21.874 on the opening day. Today Hyman and Campos Racing were able to find another five-tenths and finished 5th and 2nd on the timesheets with their 1:21.368. On the other hand, Falchero and Siebert also made steady progress as Julien placed 6th. Siebert also improved his previous lap times.
The season will start at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in two weeks’ time, on 13-14 May.
