Deledda, Fernández and Peroni will carry out a second collective test at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Tuesday and Wednesday
Campos Racing heads to Barcelona on the eve of the second official collective tests of the FIA Formula 3 Championship. The Spanish-based outfit will field its three-car army for Alessio Deledda, Sebas Fernández and Alex Peroni, who will be driving full-time for Campos Racing in the series.
Barcelona will play a key factor in preseason testing as the FIA Formula 3 will kick off the 2019 season at this circuit next May. Deledda, Fernández and Peroni – who got their first taste of the brand-new Dallara F3 2019 in Le Castellet showing true potential– will focus on gathering as much feedback as possible from the two-day test.
Adrián Campos (Campos Racing President): “Beyond results, our main goal in testing is to continue working on the car development, which is still more important considering we are racing a new car this season. We will focus on getting each car suiting its driver’s style. The 2019 season is around the corner and every chance that comes up to improve is unique.”
