The Valencian racing team and the Alicante-based company reinforced their partnership through an event that bridges the values of motorsport and modern business management, promoting innovation, teamwork, and leadership in high-performance environments
Campos Racing and Blinker joined forces for the “Blinker Executive Experience,” an innovative event held in Alicante that brought together leaders from both the motorsport and corporate worlds to share insights on management, teamwork, and performance under pressure. The event also featured participation from Aspar Team, another outstanding Valencian outfit with international recognition, this one in the field of motorcycle racing.
Organized by Blinker in collaboration with Campos Racing, the event combined innovation, leadership, and strategic vision, offering a unique experience to over thirty representatives from leading companies in Spain’s automotive industry.
Participants were given the opportunity to discover Blinker’s model of innovation and management first-hand, visiting the company’s central logistics hub and headquarters in Alicante. The event then hosted a roundtable on leadership in high-demand environments, featuring Juan Carlos Valero, General Manager of Blinker; Adrián Campos Jr., former driver and Team Principal of Campos Racing; and Jorge Martínez “Aspar,” four-time motorcycle world champion and CEO of Aspar Team.
Throughout the discussion, the speakers explored how the core values of top-level competition—discipline, effort, resilience, and teamwork—can be successfully applied to the business world. In this regard, Adrián Campos Jr. emphasized the importance of talent management and team culture as cornerstones of sustainable success, both on the racetrack and in modern companies: “I want to sincerely thank Blinker for their support to the team for more than ten years now—a partnership that has evolved greatly over time and has been largely responsible for the success our team has enjoyed in recent years. It was a real pleasure to share that day, to show all attendees what makes a team like ours unique, and later attend the emotional inauguration of the Adrián Campos Room at Blinker’s headquarters. I truly hope we can continue working together for many more years to come.”
For his part, Juan Carlos Valero highlighted the importance of sharing experiences between both realms: “From motorsport to corporate leadership, we demonstrate how the values of sport can inspire modern management and strengthen leadership in highly competitive environments.”
The event also featured a heartfelt tribute to Adrián Campos, former Formula 1 driver, founder of Campos Racing, and discoverer of some of Spain’s greatest racing talents. With this gesture, Blinker and the attendees sought to honor his legacy and his contribution to the development of Spanish motorsport.
The “Blinker Executive Experience” concluded with an inspiring day that highlighted the shared values between motorsport and business and strengthened the partnership between Blinker and Campos Racing as an example of collaboration, innovation, and the constant pursuit of excellence.
