Red Bull Junior Driver James Egozi moves into F4 Spain with Campos Racing

The American Driver will contest the 2024 F4 Spain campaign at the wheel of Campos Racing-run machinery

We are delighted to announce that James Egozi will make his debut in the 2024 F4 Spain Championship season at the wheel of one our Tatuus cars. The Red Bull talent is the latest newcomer to the Campos Racing’s roster of young guns for the Formula 4-based racing series.

The 16-year-old American driver was born in Miami (Florida) and is ready to enter one of the most competitive F4 Championships around the world. Egozi made an impression on the ultra-competitive karting scene as soon as he made his debut in the Rotax Series. He finished second in the Rotax Max Challenge USA Micro Max and third in the Florida Winter Tour – Rotax Micro Max during 2016. His victories in the United States Pro Kart Series – Mini Rok and the Florida Winter Tour – Rotax Micro Max in 2017 continued paving his way. Then, Egozi entered the US Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Nationals – Mini Max, the ROK The Rio – Mini Rok and the Florida Winter Tour – Mini Rok during in 2018, in which the American Driver emerged as winner in all of them.

The new signing of Campos Racing also won the 2021 WSK Open Cup in OK Junior class and the 2023 WSK Super Master Series in OK class. In the second half of 2023, Egozi got his first taste of single-seater racing in order to get properly up to speed quickly ahead of his full-season campaign in F4 Spain this year.
