Campos Racing is delighted to announce that Spaniard Pepe Martí will contest the 2023 FIA Formula 3 Championship season at the wheel of one of its Dallara cars. Martí will join previously announced Christian Mansell and Hugh Barter, in which is a very young driver line up but, at the same time, talented to fight for top results in the ultracompetitive F1 feeder series.

Martí stepped up to single-seater racing two years ago by making his debut in the F4 Spain Championship. The young Spanish talent immediately made an impression winning two races and securing other seven podium finishes in his Campos Racing-run machinery to finish 3rd in the standings. Martí made his debut in the FIA F3 Championship last year and was right on the pace since the first testing. The Spaniard completed a solid season, which saw him making into the points in the last stages of the season. With more experience under his belt, Martí is expecting to put himself in podium contention on a regular basis throughout the season.

Campos Racing will carry out the official three-day testing in Sakhir on 14-16 February ahead of the curtain raiser event on the same circuit in early March.

Adrián Campos (Team Principal of Campos Racing): “It’s such a pleasure to have Pepe (Martí) with us for a third consecutive season, because our goal has always been to help our drivers through the single-seater pyramid towards F1, and Pepe is a perfect example. He is one of those that make up our large family and we are looking forward to achieving strong results together in his second FIA F3 season, because our team has plenty of trust placed in him.”

Pepe Martí (Driver of Campos Racing in FIA Formula 3): “I’m very pleased to continue my involvement in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with Campos Racing for 2023. We completed a promising season, constantly learning and improving our results, and the season came to an end with very positive testing sessions. I hope to have a strong season and continue my positive feedback with the team.”
